Toll roads 2019
Apart from a few exceptions, highways in Hungary may be used after paying a toll. The toll, the authorization must be paid in the form of an electronic highway vignette, always before beginning use of the highway. Inspection of authorizations is the task of the National Toll Payment Services Zrt who carry out this task with the help of installed cameras, mobile fee inspection units and mobile stopping units. The full list of current highway vignette fees can be found.
